ConvoActive Session Cancellation Policy
ConvoActive is a personal/private talk service available to the public. Anyone can book 15, 30, and 45 minute Zoom-based talk sessions.
ConvoActive does not provide refunds for sessions unless unable to fulfill obligations. We recommend trying a single 15-minute session first to ensure satisfaction. Please note that any chargebacks will result in the loss of access to all ConvoActive services.
Please note: ConvoActive allows for the rebooking of one missed appointment out of every five booked sessions.
