Q. Is ConvoActive a life coach platform/service?

A. No. A life coach will typically set specific goals for their clients and then constantly follow up and monitor their progress. Life coaches may often be on-call for instant advice and even design meal plans, exercise routines, and stress management strategies. Though there may be similarities during the session(s), for many ConvoActive services, ConvoActive isn't attached to you, so to speak. ConvoActive is an interactive talk resource that helps people get the most out of their lives but unlike a life coach ConvoActive, for the mind, body, and soul is "a la carte" versus a life coach which is more "intravenous".

Q. ConvoActive offers several different types of sessions. Can I package and get package discounts?

A. At this time ConvoActive isn't able to offer "combined" or "packaging" discounts, however, there is a bit of savings when ordering longer time sessions.

Q. Can I schedule a fixed routine, (same-time), talk sessions to ensure I can get the time(s) I want?

A. Yes. It can be done by booking every open time slot you want as far out as 60 days and being the first to book it as each new week's time slot becomes available. That said, since it's first come first serve there is unfortunately no way to guarantee you'll always get the exact time slot you want but you may at least be able to get a time slot close to the time you want.

Q. How can I be sure that my discussions will be kept confidential?

A. ConvoActive would like to ensure that identifiable information never becomes public and has concluded, (after much research on how that can be accomplished), that the best way to at least ensure that is: 1. Users use an alias and never discuss specific information such residence, place of work, birthday, etc. 2. Is ConvoActive will only record, via Zoom, certain sessions such as 'Puppet Talk' unless requested by the purchaser of the session 3. ConvoActive will only release recorded conversations to the person who purchased the session. ConvoActive wants to know as little identifiable information about people who use our services as possible and we do all we can to achieve a zero identifiable relationship with users of our services as possible. Q. Why is there no option but to have Puppet Talk, Special Puppet Reveals, and Let's Talk Puppetry, Zoom meeting, sessions recorded.

A. There are two reasons why ConvoActive has no option but to record every Puppet Talk, Special Puppet Reveals, and Let's Talk Puppetry session(s) is because for those services most interactive conversations are with minors/children/persons under the age of 18, and also because the vast majority of their parents or guardians who purchase the service want the recording for a keepsake as well as to show their child(ren) for fun as well as for learning purposes.

A. We use the Paypal safe & secure payment gateway BUT once you "enter that payment door" you can purchase a ConvoActive session(s) with any widely accepted credit/debit card.
