Former smoker Kevin will host the one-to-one sessions. Kevin started smoking when he was about 12 years old and he smoked for over 3 decades. He never liked smoking but after trying several programs and drugs to quit smoking without success he finally developed his own program...and it worked...fast!
Kevin has been smoke-free for about 15 years and during that time he has helped several others become smoke-free by having them do the same things that worked for him.
Kevin is not a doctor and there is no guarantee that you will find success with this "program" but if you're truly committed to no longer being a smoker this program will help you to achieve your goal...no butts about it.
The following is an outline of his program:
The initial session is 30 minutes and it is a visualization mental-prep session. This initial session sets the foundation for the sessions that will follow. All the sessions to follow will be 15-minute "reinforcement" sessions.
The second session will be to find out what you like and dislike about smoking
The third session is instilling negative thoughts to discourage smoking in addition to instilling positive thoughts to encourage being free of cigarettes.
The fourth through tenth and final sessions reinforce sessions one through three.
The initial session is serious and sobering. The remaining sessions are tutorial and encouraging as Kevin helps reinforce the negative aspects of smoking and the positive aspects of being smoke-free.
You can book as few or as many sessions as you want, (It is suggested that you book two or three 15-minute sessions a week for four weeks to get the greatest reinforcement impact.), just keep in mind that ConvoActive sessions can go to a "no vacancy" so, with that in mind it is advised to book the session(s) times that work best for you as soon as you can.
